Roc Salt, which opened as a restaurant in 2014, is located on the site of the former Chouet Tearooms

Join us and enjoy the fantastic views over Chouet Bay from the balcony area or step inside to enjoy the ‘shabby chic’ decor

While the restaurant has recently reopened with a new team and menus for 2019, the ethos of great food and relaxed dining remains the same

Our menus reflect our chilled atmosphere and, as well as an a la carte menu, which celebrates some of the best fresh food Guernsey has to offer. We have a tasty Sunday Lunch menu and also regularly feature menus on special occasions such as Valentine's Day and Easter, as well as featuring in the annual Tennerfest.

We are pleased to introduce Florin Pavel - our new Head Chef - and Leon Botes - our new Front of House Manager to you.

Florin and Leon have over 40 years of hospitality experience between them - mostly within the premier restaurants of Guernsey. 

They are excited to share everything Roc Salt has to offer and hope that you enjoy your time with us.
