Roc Salt is a Guernsey Steak and Seafood Restaurant located by the sea on the beautiful Chouet coast with stunning views of the headland of the north west of Guernsey.
Our menus celebrate some of the finest and fresh food Guernsey has to offer with Roc Salt’s decor being modern, relaxed and chilled. Roc Salt is in an ideal location to enjoy a leisurely and relaxing meal or a refreshing drink. Our head chef Florin Pavel
Having worked in some of the finest restaurants in his native Romania and then throughout Europe, Florin moved to Guernsey and became the Head Chef at an award winning restaurant on the island. In March 2019 Florin took the opportunity to reopen and reinvigorate Roc Salt Restaurant with tasty and delicious steak and seafood menus.
Florin and his team look forward to welcoming customers, new and old to Roc Salt in the not too distant future.
