As our staff require a well earned holiday, Roc Salt will be closing after the lunch service on Sunday 20 December 2020 and will be reopening in mid February 2021.

Our head chef Florin Pavel

Having worked in some of the finest restaurants in his native Romania and then throughout Europe, Florin moved to Guernsey and became the Head Chef at an award winning restaurant on the island. In March 2019 Florin took the opportunity to reopen and reinvigorate Roc Salt Restaurant with tasty and delicious steak and seafood menus.

Florin and his team look forward to welcoming customers, new and old to Roc Salt in the not too distant future.
