It’s the last Bank Holiday weekend in May and Roc Salt is open all weekend for lunch and dinner, Friday and Saturday and for long leisurely lunches on Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday.

Whether you want to be indoors or out, dining on our downstairs deck or enjoying a cocktail on our upper deck we have something special on our new Menu waiting for you.

Our head chef Florin Pavel

Having worked in some of the finest restaurants in his native Romania and then throughout Europe, Florin moved to Guernsey and became the Head Chef at an award winning restaurant on the island. In March 2019 Florin took the opportunity to reopen and reinvigorate Roc Salt Restaurant with tasty and delicious steak and seafood menus.

Florin and his team look forward to welcoming customers, new and old to Roc Salt in the not too distant future.
